I had the privilege of shooting Alex and Shawna’s wedding in Tampa, Florida. The venue was perfect. Tucked in the middle of busy Tampa sits a tiny brick building, which used to be the Tampa Fire Station. I had a hard time keeping my jaw off of the floor as I perused the building for the first time. The guy probably saw the hearts in my eyes as I admired the large open windows and the beautiful brick walls. What a dreamy place to get married. The venue didn’t disappoint and neither did the couple. They were on fire! Bad pun, I know. Here are a few of my favorite moments from the wedding.
And here are a few of my cute helper friend.
I made her be weird. I have that affect on people.
I can’t believe it’s only been a little over a year since I picked up my camera in pursuit of something more serious than just haphazardly pointing and shooting. Here is a recap of some of my favorites from the last while. It’s so important to look back from where you came. And then to look forward. I’m excited to see what’s to come.
Jordan and Andy have had one of the most simplistic and pure love stories I’ve ever seen. Since Jordan is one of my dear friends, I was able to watch their love blossom firsthand. After, of course, she turned his offer for a date down three times. I look at these photos, I remember the afternoon. Simply put, these two were designed for one another. See for yourself.
